Equal Payments Plan: No interest (0%) is applied on the purchase amount provided you pay the fixed monthly instalments in full when due as indicated in the monthly billing statement.
Flex Payments Plan: No interest (0%) is applied on the purchase amount provided you pay 1% of the Flex Payments Plan transaction amount each month when due as indicated in the monthly billing statement. If you miss or have returned two (2) consecutive minimum payments, the interest on your purchase amount will increase to 29.9% and start to accrue as of the monthly statement following the due date of the second missed payment. |
These terms are effective upon acceptance of the Special Payment Plan offer.
Terms and Conditions
When a Special Payment Plan (“SPP”) is offered, you can take advantage of that SPP by purchasing one or more of the items or types of items specified, provided the minimum stated purchase amount (before taxes and shipping (where applicable)) is made on approved credit with your Hudson’s Bay† MasterCard® or Hudson’s Bay Credit Card. Credit under the SPP is extended by Capital One®. The amount of credit provided to you in connection with the SPP (your Special Payment Plan transaction amount) is limited to the purchase amount and does not include taxes and shipping (where applicable). Pharmacy products, tobacco, lottery tickets, phone cards, Hudson’s Bay Gift Cards and some licensed departments are always excluded from SPP offers. Any shipping and taxes (where applicable) are payable up front and will be included in the regular balance on your credit card account. You are entitled to prepay the full outstanding balance at any time without any prepayment charge or penalty. The amount payable each month under the Equal Payments Plan or Flex Payments Plan will be shown separately on your Hudson’s Bay MasterCard or Hudson’s Bay Credit Card billing statements.
